Adam graduated from the University of Sydney in 2017 where he completed his Master of Physiotherapy. Originally growing up in Tasmania, he developed a passion for all things sport at a young age, which lead to his passion as a physiotherapist.
He has a keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and strength and conditioning and believes in taking a holistic and client-centered approach. He understands the importance of ensuring all his treatments are individualised and reflect current evidence-based practice to gain the best outcomes for his patients.
Adam is highly skilled in manual therapy and dry needling techniques, and focuses on functional and active rehabilitation to assist you in performing at your best to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
Having experienced previous sporting injuries, he is able to relate to patients' injury concerns and provide diagnosis and treatment with an empathetic approach. He is also a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and has a strong commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
