At Myphysio Physiotherapy, the health and safety of our patients and our staff is our highest priority. We have taken some important steps to ensure your physiotherapy treatment is not impacted by the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation.
Below outlines what we are doing in the clinic to help to stop the spread of the virus and advice on what to do if you have recently been tested for COVID-19 or if you are currently unwell.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Daniela our Practice Manager.
We appreciate your cooperation and we look forward to seeing you in the clinic soon.
IN OUR CLINIC
At Myphysio Physio we treat all patients; Private Patients, Workcover, DVA, little babies, kids, pregnant mums, great grandparents, those who are immunosuppressed and everyone in-between.
We care about all of our patients so here’s what we are doing to help Stop the Spread!
We have recently installed several auto hand sanitiser dispensers in our clinic, please ensure you sanitize your hands before coming into the clinic.
Our treatment rooms are disinfected after each patient. Our towels are washed in a professional setting in accordance with AS/NZS 4146:2000 and meets all requirements for sanitisation.
High traffic areas such as our waiting room, our gym and all the door handles are frequently disinfected. This is a standard practice at Myphysio Physiotherapy.
We are maintaining safe distance measures so if there are too many patients in our waiting room, we may ask you to wait outside or in your car and when your Physiotherapist is ready for you, we will either come and get you or call you.
